Hair needs foods that are helpful for its health and growth. Hair can fall out or be dense. This depends on genetics but far too often I see it dependent on diet and environment. Having a balanced diet full of gut healthy microbes and well balanced nutritional meals is hard to achieve in a highly processed food market. (Stay tuned my next blog will address what to do to encourage healthy abundant hair growth)Hair growth and its state is part nature and part nurture. Things like stress can affect the natural growth of hair. Stress, is a hormone disrupter, it creates less than ideal growth conditions for your hair. Genetics far too often take the bigger deciding factors of what we see.
