Chemical Services & Refund Policy

All new clients and chemical service clients are required to schedule a consultation before any service. A $10 consultation fee applies, which includes a patch test and strand test. Color services may be accommodated for same-day off-scalp application when appropriate.

Returning clients may be charged a $10 fee for strand and patch testing if required.

All clients are required to sign a color or chemical service waiver prior to receiving any chemical service.

If you are not satisfied with the results, you must contact the service provider within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss possible adjustments.

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed. Any adjustments, pricing changes, or refunds are at the sole discretion of the service provider.

Clients are responsible for following all recommended aftercare instructions and using suggested products to maintain the quality and longevity of their results.
