Late Policy

Arriving late may reduce the time allocated for your service. A 15-minute grace period is allowed as a courtesy to all clients. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a No Call No Show.

No Call No Show

Clients who do not show up and fail to notify will be charged 100% of the booked service total. Future appointments will require online booking and a deposit.

Rescheduling

Same-day rescheduling is allowed if availability exists at no charge. If no same-day slots are available, a 50% fee of the booked service will be charged, and a new appointment must be scheduled.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a 50% charge of the total booked service.
