Refund Policy

All new clients and chemical clients have to schedule a consultation first. I charge $10 for a consultation fee which includes patch test and strand test.  Color can be accommodated for same day off scalp service. 

Returning Clients will be charged a $10 fee for strand and patch test If necesarry. 

Please understand that you will have to sign a color or chemical service waiver in order to receive service. If  you are not satisfied with the results it is within your right to communicate with the color service operator within 48 hours of service in order to adjust the results. Know that you are not entitled to a refund. However, it is up to the discretion of the service provider to proceed with the color adjustment, price adjustment or refund. Client understands that it is their responsibility to use the recommended products in order to maintain the professional results obtained post service.
